The Wow! Signal Tour is an upcoming headlining tour in support of Muse's 10th LP, The Wow! Signal.
Information
A run of gigs in Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Bengaluru, was announced in late 2025, planned for February 2026. The only then-known summer show, at Milwaukee's Summerfest, was also announced at that time, with no hints at any of these gigs being part of major touring plans. In January 2026, all the February shows were cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances", while the Summerfest show was left standing.
North American Amphitheatre Tour
Following the The Wow! Signal's announcement in March 2026, a North American tour was officially announced on March 27th, 2026. The tour is set to take place in amphitheatres across the U.S.A and Canada. Starting with Summerfest and ending with Muse's first ever show at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, the dates are split between July and August, with a week-and-a-half long pause inbetween. A second festival date, at Festival d'été de Québec, was seperately announced a few days prior. In June, another additional gig at the iHeartRadio Music Festival was announced, set to take place in September.
Many of the venues on the amphitheatre tour will mark the band's first appearance at them in more than 20 years, when they played as a supporting act during The Cure's Curiosa Tour in 2004, while a couple of them haven't been played at since the Black Holes and Revelations days in 2006 and 2007.
"Europa" Tour
A warm-up show at London's Brixton Academy took place on April 3rd, 2026, with live performances of Be With You and Cryogen making a debut at the gig. During the gig, Matt hinted at the UK/EU tour taking place in autumn of 2026. A few months later, in a Rolling Stone interview, Bellamy said that the band are planning on visiting a few European arenas in November of 2026, with bigger tour plans reserved for 2027.[1]
The indoor tour dates were finally announced on June 12th, 2026, with Muse set to play a selection of indoor shows across Europe in November and December of 2026, including gigs in England, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.[2] The majority of venues will be seeing two-night shows, with gigs in Paris and Berlin being the only exceptions.
Supporting acts
The supporting bands for the North American leg include The Temper Trap, which will be joined by Bloc Party during July shows and Portugal. The Man during the August portion.
Bitterpearl supported Muse before the Brixton Academy warm-up gig.
Production
Similar to the previous few tours, it's likely that the amphitheatre production will remain unchaged between the festival and amphitheatre gigs. It is unknown however whether the production will see any changes between the U.S. and European tours.
