Originally named the Garden State Arts Center, the PNC Bank Arts Center is an amphitheatre, located in Holmdel, New Jersey. It's ranked amongst the 5 most successful amphitheatres in the country and is one of the three major outdoor arenas in the New York City Metropolitan Area, along with Long Island's Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY and Forest Hills Stadium in Queens. The venue has a capacity of around 17,500. Since 1995, the site of the venue also houses the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial monument.

Built between 1964 and 1968, the amphitheater was designed by modernist architect Edward Durell Stone and featured seating for around 5,000 people, with 5,000 more spaces on the lawn area. The venue opened in 1968 with a performance by pianist Van Cliburn and the Philadelphia Orchestra, conducted by Eugene Ormandy. The Garden State Arts Center, as it was called then, was operated in conjuction with the New Jersey Highway Authority. Beginning in 1971, the non-profit Foundation associated with the Center sponsored various annual ethnic-focused festivals (such as Scottish, German, Polish, African-American and Slovak), however, in 2015, the festivals were discontinued due to poor attendance.

In the past, the center hosted concerts by artists like James Taylor, who has appeared there most years, Bruce Springsteen, who, as a NJ native, has never performed at the venue until 2006, Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys, The Allman Brothers Band, Glen Campbell, Frank Sinatra and more. The venue was also the site of several touring festivals like Vans Warped Tour, Ozzfest, Uproar Festival and Crüe Fests 1 and 2, to name a few.

Muse are set to play the venue on July 22nd, 2026, as part of The Wow! Signal North American Tour, supported by Bloc Party and The Temper Trap.
