After the 2013 Stade de France light-up balloon TIFO, the french fan group Muse France organised yet another one, this time, during Starlight. Fans alongside the first seating area tier around the entire stadium held up balloons that read "Welcome to the Simulation". More info on these projects can be found here (written in French).
