A performance for Xfm.[2] The first known out-of-studio performance of "Citizen Erased".
The ending of Citizen Erased was played on guitar instead of piano, and Micro Cuts has a different ending too (maybe that was like the demo version from 2000).
Matthew Bellamy restarted "Plug In Baby" after a guitar problem and Micro Cuts was out of tune.[3]
Speech[3]
After Citizen Erased | Bellamy | "Cheers. ... This song is called Sunburn". |
After Sunburn | "Cheers. This song is uh ... This song is called Feeling Good by Nina Simone* ... Woops".
Before New Born | "Uh, I think ... Uh it's New Born, it's called New Born yeah? This song is called New Born I think. ... Uh, I think".
After New Born | "Cheers".
After Cave | "Thank you".
After Muscle Museum | "Cheers".
Before restarting Plug In Baby | "Sorry, My guitar broke".
After Plug In Baby | "Cheers".
Before Micro Cuts | "This is our last song, thank you very much. We're playing in uh, Brixton or something. ... Chris, Chris, Chris". |
*"Feeling Good" was not written by Nina Simone but by Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse.
