Serban Ghenea is a Romanian-Canadian audio and mixing engineer. Born in Bucharest, Romania, he moved to Montreal, Canada in the 1970s. Ever since the 90s, he is primarily an audio mixer, with his most known work being in pop and RnB genres. He is an eighteen-time Grammy Award & three-time Latin Grammy Award winner and has, as of 2020, mixed over 188 singles and albums which reached number 1.

Over his career, he has mixed a variety of work and contributed to albums and singles like The Hives's The Black And White Album, Air's Everybody Hertz, Limp Bizkit's New Old Songs, Jay-Z's In My Lifetime Vol. 1, Weezer's Ratitude, The Weeknd's Starboy & After Hours, Marina & The Diamonds' Electra Heart, One Republic's Native, Avril Lavigne's The Best Damn Thing, Adele's 25, Mark Ronson's Uptown Special, BTS's Dynamite, Empire of the Sun's Ice on The Dune, 30 Seconds to Mars's Love Lust Faith + Dreams, Katy Perry's I Kissed A Girl, James Blunt's Once Upon A Mind and much more.

Ghenea has worked with Muse on the upcoming release, Will of the People, mixing most of the songs, exceptions being Won't Stand Down (which was mixed by Dan Lancaster) and Kill or Be Killed (mixed by Aleks Von Korff).
