Information
Announced on August 24th, 2023, Muse were set to headline the 2023 Hell & Heaven metal festival, held in Toluca de Lerdo, together with Slipknot, Guns'n'Roses, Helloween, Billy Idol & A Day To Remember. The gig marked the band's return to Mexico this year , and Muse's first show in the town of Toluca.
The Show
The set was the festival one both in terms of setlist length and stage set up. The setlist was a little different from the usual festivals ones though : it was the same as the previous show in London but with a few songs omitted : Space Dementia, Undisclosed Desires, Madness and The Dark Side ARV (Instrumental). While Apocalypse Please was present on the printed setlist after Thought Contagion, for unknown reasons it wasn't played.
Attire
Matt wore a new aluminum jacket during Kill or Be Killed.
