Now that I think of it, is "Fury" in E Phrygian dominant? --UTH-Bomb99 (talk) 05:59, 29 December 2018 (GMT)
- Fury uses the bebop scale with a blues ♭5 added, I'm not sure of its exact name. Basically there are two chromatic passing tones before the A and E, which gives the feeling of constant key changing, but it's just one big A scale. The riff after choruses 2 and 3 transposes the entire scale to E, minus the 4th (A), and with only a syncopated hint of the 5th (B) – finally allowing us to get comfortable in E, and eventually resolve to it. --Spectrauma (talk) 08:43, 29 December 2018 (GMT)
- Wow, this is great info! Thanks! --UTH-Bomb99 (talk) 05:14, 30 December 2018 (GMT)
