It was painted by street artist 'Mos' and is a silhouetted impression of a promo photo from The 2nd Law era, showing Muse laughing

It began to gain prominence after a lot of people were seen taking photos with it, incluiding the Wolstenkids and Thomas Kirk

According to Dominic Howard: "I'm surprised no one has drawn a penis on it" Matt Bellamy added "oh yeah, we definitely would have done that!"
