Background

After Matt acquired his Manson Acoustic he wanted to have other acoustic guitars for back-up purpose during the Simulation Theory World Tour. In 2019 he was delivered two, and this is one of them. It was designed and built by Hugh Manson's brother, Andy, a specialist in acoustic design. Aside from it's colour and finish, it diverts from the original Manson Acoustic by having no soundhole.

It has never been used live and it's existence was only made public when a fan, who was invited by Tim and Adrian to visit Manson Guitars Workshop in June 2023, photographed the guitar and shared it online. According to them, Matt visited the workshop recently and said "Oh wow this looks fucking cool. Why didn't I use it?" when observing the guitar - so it may appear in a future tour.[1]
