Background
After Matt acquired his Manson Acoustic he wanted to have other acoustic guitars for back-up purposes during the Simulation Theory World Tour. In 2019 he was delivered two, and this is one of them. It was designed and built by Hugh Manson's brother, Andy, a specialist in acoustic design. Aside from it's colour and finish, it most notably diverts from the original Manson Acoustic by having no soundhole.
It has never been used live and it's existence was only made public when a fan, who was invited by Tim and Adrian to visit Manson Guitars Workshop in June 2023, photographed the guitar and shared it on Reddit. According to them, had Matt visited the workshop recently and said "Oh wow this looks fucking cool. Why didn't I use it?" when observing the guitar - so it could appear in a future tour.[1]
