Muse played within Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York in October 2010. It was their first ever gig on Long Island.

During the New Born solo, the power in the arena went out and was restored shortly afterwards. Muse returned to the stage and resumed playing New Born from the solo. While Playing Supermassive Black Hole, Bellamy ends the first verse with the same as the second, replacing "how long before you let me go" with "how long before you tell the truth."

At the end of Hysteria, the band played two extra riffs. Fans say it was an apology for the power outage during Newborn.

Seven different people crowd surfed during the show. The balloons were released during Plug In Baby. One girl in the pit held a sign reading: "I want your dick pick", to whom Matthew Bellamy threw his, but someone else caught it. He then passed her one via a security guard, after chiding the other person. Dominic Howard threw his drum sticks to each side of the pit, of which both were caught.
