Matthew Bellamy has used a Jackson guitar once whilst performing live. It is believed[by whom?] that it is a Randy Rhoads model and is customised in some way.
This guitar was used by Bellamy for Stockholm Syndrome at M.E.N. Arena, Manchester, on the 11th of November 2006. After the song and its appended outro, he threw it into the audience. However, the guitar was taken from the audience by a security guard and never seen again.
