Hello.

I was in the first row at Davis ARC Pavilion 2006 (gig). It was my first Muse show, and I thought it was fantastic, though Muse veterans said it was lackluster compared to other performances they'd seen. There were a whole bunch of people in the front who didn't know Muse at all and were saving spots for the Strokes. I tried to Musevangelize as best I could. One told me he was definitely a fan after seeing them =D

I also attended the Download Festival later that week. They played a similar set, and again, you could tell that most of the attendees had never heard of Muse. Take A Bow got a huge wave of energy soaring out of the stadium, though. You couldn't help but cheer. =D

I'm going to the sf show on April 9! Haven't received my tickets in the mail yet, though. Who among you are going??
