- It's becoming quite a serious issue, look at the references. Amail 12:19, 23 January 2008 (GMT)
- Please improve the quality of the article. Uses references instead of links - and make sure the references actually match the text. The first one, for example, does nothing to qualify the statement before it. It talks about the quality of one Muse track, and nothing of the history of the mastering on Muse albums. And try and find somewhere to link to this article. If you can't, then this article shouldn't really be here. ۞ 13:45, 23 January 2008 (GMT)
- Let's be a bit more objective too. Less tone, more facts, more context. --Tene 17:56, 5 February 2008 (GMT)
Should we ditch this page?
So many issues with this article: 1. It's Loudness Wars, not War 2. There are probably better and more recent references for some of the content 3. Problems with the content - it's limiting and compression which reduces dynamic range, not volume. This article lacks technical stuff. 4. Tone of the article.
From what I can see, the only page which links here is Vinyl, and the content on that page leaves a lot to be desired too, frankly. I vote to delete this page.
