Not sure about anyone else but I'd say this song is more than likely about his relationship with Kate Hudson and of her falling pregnant 2 months after they started dating.Any Thoughts on this?

I suppose it could be. If the time their relationship began predates the writing of the song then it very well could pertain to the rapid acceleration of their relationship and how others might view it as "madness." - Citizen Disgraced

Don't know how strong the relationship between the two if them is, she never looks happy and hasn't been wearing her engagement lately.....
