Matthew Bellamy owns many Manson guitars, of which all were built by Hugh Manson except the Mirror Kaoss, Doubleneck and Keytar which were built by Tim Stark. All of the guitars made for Matt (other than the Manson 7 String E Guitar)are in a custom shape Matt created with Hugh Manson, (Mattocaster Shape). It is somewhere in between a Fender Telecaster and a Gibson Les Paul.
