The U2 concert previously scheduled for 25th September at Giants Stadium in New Jersey was been moved to 23rd September. The performance on September 24 proceeded as scheduled.

The change was necessitated by the rescheduling of the New York Jets football game on Sunday 27th September 2009 from 16:15 to 13:00 for the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur, which starts that evening. Yom Kippur is the holiest day of the Jewish year.
