Description

"Unnatural Selection" opens with a church organ before drums and "powerful" sounding guitars begin,[3] going on to be one of the more guitar-driven songs on The Resistance.[4]

Additional information

Christopher Wolstenholme thinks that the song might address the idea of the British royal family being descendants of giant lizards, as proposed by David Icke among others.[5]

[Lyrics in brackets from review of album]

[...push it beyond peaceful protest.

...speak in a language that they will understand.]

..won't just fall
Lucky they don't care at all

And no chance for fate,
It's unnatural selection,
I want the truth, I want the truth,
I want the truth! I want the truth!
