This was the first live performances of Feeling Good and Recess, at this time known as "Recess at 8". Often referred to as the "different takes session" because each of the songs was played somewhat differently from the studio recordings, for example Feeling Good was played on guitar and Recess featured lyrics from the Sunburn demo. Sunburn and Cave were also played acoustically.[4]
Media
An incomplete recording (missing Sunburn and Cave) was available on MuseLive for many years. While Cave has never surfaced, Sunburn was released as part of an Evening Session 1999 CD. The entire show aside from Cave can be heard below.

- Feeling Good (guitar + piano) [listen]
- Cave (acoustic, Chris on guitar during chorus)
