This concert was the sixth of seven stadium gigs during September 2010, the first of two taking place at Wembley Stadium. General sale commenced on 20th November 2009 at 09:00.[1][2] Due to the level of demand for tickets to the another concert, also within Wembley Stadium on the following day this show was announced for Friday 10th of September.

§ By the day of the concert, Ticketmaster had started charging more for General Admission and some Level 5 tickets (45.98 base price, 4.60 booking fee).[1][2] It had also started charging more for Level 2 and other Level 5 tickets (66.41 base price, 6.64 booking fee).[2] However, the fee for box office collection, the only method of delivery at that point, was £2.25 and not £5.25.[2]
