Information

Matthew Bellamy stated on Twitter that in this gig Dead Star and all of Muse's B-sides will be played, as well as Origin of Symmetry backwards. However, this was a joke. [5]

Although Dizzee Rascal had finished his support set at 19:35, Muse did not come on stage until 20:20.

Butterflies and Hurricanes was played for the first time on The 2nd Law tour and for the first time since 2011.

At the end of the Freedom outro, Matt threw his guitar, the Manson Matt Black VI, into the air twice - firstly across the stage and secondly down the catwalk. The impact of the second landing smashed the guitar's body in half. Although a version of the Matt Black was thrown around at the end of Uprising the night before, the guitar did not appear to break.

Unintended was performed with Matt singing, Chris on guitar and Morgan Nicholls on keyboards.

The light bulb shaped balloon flew around the crowd with an acrobat suspended and performing underneath it during Blackout.

Charles the Robot appeared on stage during Unsustainable.

The set contained six songs from Absolution, which is the highest number of songs played off Absolution since the gig at Buenos Aires on the 24th July 2008 (if Fury is classed as an album track) or since the gig at Bucharest on the 6th October 2007 (if Fury is not classed as an album track)

Songs played during soundcheck (at roughly 3pm) were Map Of The Problematique (with Who Knows Who outro), Interlude, Hysteria, Sunburn and Butterflies And Hurricanes.
