Muse headlined Big Day Out 2010 in Australia, including their first Sydney show on the 22nd of January. Tickets went on sale 7th October at midnight through the official website and at 09:00 through other ticket outlets.[2]
At the start of the encore, Nic Cester from the band Jet came on stage. He and Muse performed a cover of AC/DC's Back in Black with Matthew Bellamy playing lead guitar, Morgan Nicholls playing rhythm guitar and Christopher Wolstenholme playing bass.
