After breaking up with previous girlfriend Gaia Polloni, Matthew Bellamy is dating US actress Kate Hudson. Bellamy and Hudson started dating after meeting at the Coachella festival in Los Angeles in April 2010. They went public with their romance when Hudson was spotted watching Muse's headline set at the Glastonbury festival in June.
Films which Hudson has acted in include "Almost Famous" and "The Killer Inside Me". They have been together since Spring 2010. In January 2011, it was confirmed that confirmed that Hudson was 14 weeks pregnant with Matt's baby.
