Floccinaucinihilipilification (IPA: /flɒksɨˌnɔːsɨˌnaɪhɨlɨˌpɪlɨfɨˈkeɪʃən/) is an act or instance of judging something to be worthless or trivial, according to dictionary.reference.com.

With its 29 letters, it's one of the the longest non-technical words in English, right behind hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia, antidisestablishmentarianism, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, and pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, although it was coined as a joke.
