Information

Muse's first appearance at Pinkpop Festival. They performed on the final day of the festival on one of the side stages.

The Show

During Fillip, after the bridge, Matt pushed the microphone away, but got a bit overzealous and accidentally pushed both mic stands over completely. As a result Matt couldn't sing the first half of the final chorus as two technicians frantically tried to fix the mic stands and get them set back up.

During the second chorus of Minimum, Matt jumps onto Dom's drum stand as proceeds to pull several funny faces in time with the guitar, much to Dom's amusement.

Speech

Incomplete.

Before New Born Bellamy "Hello there Pinkpop"
After New Born "Thank you... Pinkpop. Hope you're having a good time."
After Sunburn "Thank you."
After Falling Down
After Cave
After Fillip

Media

Feeling Good, Cave, Fillip, Unintended & Minimum were broadcast on Dutch TV. The same broadcast also featured a short documentary featuring interviews with Bellamy and John Leckie (one of Showbiz's Producers) reflecting on the making of Showbiz at RAK Studios, London. The full video can be watched on YouTube here.

Audio of the full gig via a radio broadcast is available online and can be downloaded on MuseBootlegs in lossy (MP3) here or lossless (FLAC) here. The lossy format is stripped from the video broadcast while the lossless format is from the aforementioned radio broadcast.
