Information

Announced on 5th October, Muse played at the MTV World Stage, closing the MTV Music Week.

The concert was part of the 2018 MTV EMAs, which was suposedly to be broadcasted live on Sunday 4 November, but it wasn't. The concert was partially aired on 22nd December. You can watch some songs below, or download them from MuseBootlegs.

Pressure, The Dark Side, Starlight, Supermassive Black Hole, Madness, Thought Contagion, Mercy, Uprising, Knights of Cydonia and Plug in Baby were soundchecked the day before the show, and Pressure, Mercy & Uprising were soundchecked again the gig's day.

The first live performance of The 2nd Law: Unsustainable to feature Matt's vocals, and first non-promotional Pressure performance (Matt fell on stage during the song). Matt didn't play the guitar during Mercy for the first time. Last performance of the normal version of Dig Down to date.

Pressure video was also played on the 2018 EMA Awards the day after the show. Muse didn't win (they were nominated under Best Rock and Best Live categories). This gig did however bring them an award at the 2019 EMA Awards when they won in the Best World Stage category. [8]
