Description
An instrumental cover of the noise rock Lightning Bolt song. First played at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre 2004, December 19th, the riff was then played the next day at the same venue where it was swiftly followed by Apocalypse Please. It was also played on the following day at the same venue and a few more times during the 2005 North America Tour, as the opener track or before the last song of the set, Stockholm Syndrome. In 2013, Dracula Mountain was played again partially.
The most significant difference between Muse's live cover and the Lightning Bolt original was the notably slower tempo that Muse played it.
