Christopher Wolstenholme has been seen to be using an aluminum Noah Guitars Excalibur 50's precision model bass in the video for 'Uprising', though in 'The Making of Uprising' video, the second video from the ' Join the Resistance' campaign, he is shown to have recorded the song using a Fender Jazz Bass.
Wolstenholme purchased this bass in a guitar store in Italy in 2009.
The bass has a stock 50's pickup mounted, but has also been customized with another quite large pickup at the bridge.
