== Background ==
This was [[Matthew Bellamy]]'s first guitar to features an X-Y MIDI plate, able to control a number of devices, including a Korg [[Kaoss Pad | Kaoss pad]], or a [[Digitech Whammy]] etc. This feature has since been included in many of Bellamy's guitars such as the [[Manson Red Glitter | Red Glitter]] and the [[Manson Black Midi | Black Midi]]. The guitar also has a pair of hot P90's in the bridge position and a Fernandes Sustainer pickup at the neck.

The Kaoss can be seen in the Making of Uprising video. The guitar made its live debut at Radio 1's Big Weekend on the 13th May 2006.
