Uhhh...... what is this? 7 19:12, 18 December 2007 (GMT)
- See the discography talk page - it's a possible solution to over-crowed disco-boxes. ۞ 20:19, 18 December 2007 (GMT)
- I think it's a bit too messy and cluttered 7 20:39, 18 December 2007 (GMT)
- Not compared to the current page at least. It's longer, definitely, but more accessible if you're looking for information about all the separate releases and versions etc, or just the basics about the album. As a collector I would find it more useful. I'm not certain about how others use the discography though. ۞ 21:48, 18 December 2007 (GMT)
- Why not just use separate pages? And, when I said messy, I meant that some of the Discoboxes were very thin and long and in strange positions, like next to the gallery. It looks very strange. 7 18:34, 19 December 2007 (GMT)

- I just repositioned the discobox for the section titled "Album". I think that will look better. 7 18:38, 19 December 2007 (GMT)
- Looks more like you repositioned the gallery for the first one - the only issue with this is the possibility with larger galleries it could become too long if started further down the page - but we'll see if this format becomes used properly though ۞ 01:20, 20 December 2007 (GMT)
I was thinking that maybe certain parts of the page could be collapsible, so that the page isn't too long (unless they're all open at once), but after merciless hunting, I found out that the admins have to install this code to make collapsible tables work properly.
See this page.
A normal collapsible table should work just like first example on the link above, but when the code is copied to MuseWiki it turns out like this:
Fun with table columns | |
---|---|
Column 1 | Column 2 |
What do you think? 7 03:39, 20 December 2007 (GMT)
- This has already been discussed in a few places, a few days ago - check the musewiki talk page and the discography talk page (here). I said it would be a good idea. The info boxes and galleries could be made expandable so that, as before, it would just be a list of tracklists. This would be the optimal format in my opinion and would be a complete solution to all the problems. I'll message crazybobbles about getting the code installed.
