Announced by the band on 2nd November. To celebrate the release of the new album Simulation Theory, Muse were performing an intimate set at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York City on Wednesday, November 14th. The show was broadcasted live at 7pm ET.
The band also did an interview and a photo session after the gig.
The Show
Supermassive Black Hole opened a show for the first time since 2013.
Matt briefly played the intros of Nature_1 and Falling Away With You before Something Human, marking the first time either song had made a live appearance in any capacity since 2000 and 2008 respectively. Also the last performance of Something Human to date.
Starlight was played with Matt on the guitar for the first time since 2015 (if a behind closed doors performance with a fan in February 2016 isn't counted).
