Information

Announced on the 15th of October 2012, Muse performed inside Mandalay Bay Events Center on the 17th of March 2013.[1][2] Ticket sale started on 19th of October 2012 at 10AM local time.[1][2]

At the end of Supremacy, some fans held up signs asking for Dead Star, and lowered them down when Map of the Problematique started. It is likely that Matt played the Dead Star riff because of this.

Stockholm Syndrome and Unsustainable were featured as extras on the Live at Rome DVD/Blu-Ray, alongside Liquid State, which was filmed a few gigs prior, in Dallas.

At the end of the Freedom riff, Dom exited the stage. As Matt began the Headup riff, Chris took up drums, and Morgan picked up Chris' bass. They continued to play the Headup riff together, without the audience knowing, as the pyramid was closed. Matt is seen smashing up a camera that is filming him inside the pyramid and later throwing throws it through the gaps between LED screens of the closed pyramid.

At the end of Uprising, Matt smashed his Manson Matt Black II guitar several times, and subsequently threw it into the audience. The fans who ended up retrieving the guitar were allowed to keep it.

Survival featured flame jets and fireworks for the first time.

Notes

  1. The resort comprises multiple buildings. I presume that the building used will be the events center, simply because the centre is described as being a large arena.
