A highly regarded Polish pianist and composer of the Romantic Era. His works include the 24 Preludes Op. 28 and the études Op. 10 and Op. 25, the latter influenced Bliss a lot.

"Collateral Damage", the outro of "United States of Eurasia" is a slightly altered reciting of Nocturne In E-Flat Major, Op.9 No.2 by Chopin.
