Question: Are we going to put as many of these videos in our own DB on DailyMotion and Vimeo or are we linking to videos on YouTube? I've seen both happening and just curious as to what the game plan is for the database? I can see where certain videos/performances that are blocked have to be linked from the source but are those the only cases? --Mnero (talk) 15:42, 9 July 2018 (EDT)

- Game plan was to link to Dailymotion/Vimeo only, Youtube links would be a temporary addition but the links would be scrapped when replaced by DM link. Dailymotion/Vimeo link should only link to the best possible recording (including multiple angles/better audio for the older content) of that given performance, and not just the first source found. On the downside, Dailymotion is a broken website and uploading has become a hassle. It can no longer be done quickly due to many glitches and bugs. If someone is interested in looking into a better solution, could be worth dedicating time to. I'm open to the possibility of the Uno Live Database being its own separate site using the same work listed here, provided it is still closely affiliated and linked with MuseWiki. I'm very open to the files being torrented though I don't want to be the one to do them myself. It shouldn't be video-by-video, but album-by-album, song-by-song, organized year-by-year.
- All that's left from before April 2007 is PIB, TIRO, Butterflies, and Starlight (which was meant to be excluded from the project). Anything post-2008 should in theory be easy to pick off. 2007 is a massive project that will likely take the longest to do, it may have to be temporarily skipped while attention can be focused to the other years.
