Apocalypse Please was played during the sound-check. Matthew Bellamy hit his face with his seven-string guitar during the beginning of Citizen Erased. He tried to continue, but decided to stop and was taken to hospital.[source?] Someone recorded the incident and uploaded it to YouTube and the video can be watched here. A clip containing a small part of each song from the gig can be seen here.
There are conflicting—or rather ambiguous—testimonies regarding what number on the set Citizen Erased was, however it appears that it was 5th.[1]
According with attendants, Matthew said "I'm sorry guys, I fucked up my face."th.[1]
Setlist
- The show was cancelled part way through Citizen Erased due to Matthew Bellamy's injury
