Background

It was built at the same time as the Rust Relic for the December 2004 Earls Court Exhibition Centre concerts.

Specs

The only internal effects are the usual Fuzz Factory and MXR Phase 90. Originally with a Rio Grande Covered Bastard on the neck and Rio Grande Crunch Box on the bridge. Now has a Mississippi Queen on the bridge and neck positions. The guitar now features a string tree on the headstock.

Touring

At the February 18th, 2013 London War Child gig Matt smashed this guitar first into Dom's bass drum, then a few times into his Dickinson amp and finally across Dom's drum kit. Some pieces of the mirror cover can be seen detached during the impacts.

The guitar got a complete new body since, and was seen back in action at the April 10th, 2013 Toronto gig. The new body had to match the new weight targets, that Matt also wanted to have on his previosly built Manson guitars in 2012 and 2013.

While the guitar was being repaired Plug In Baby was removed from the setlist.

This guitar since the start of The 2nd Law tour only used for Plug in Baby live.
