Muse headlined Big Day Out 2010 in Australia, including their first Sydney show on 22nd January. Tickets went on sale 7th October at midnight through the official site and 09:00 through other ticket outlets.[2]
At the start of the encore, Nic Cester from the band Jet came on stage. He and Muse performed a cover of AC/DC's "Back in Black" with Matthew Bellamy playing lead guitar, Morgan Nicholls playing rhythm guitar and Christopher Wolstenholme playing bass.
