Muse visited the venue on 15th December the previous year to decide whether or not to put on a concert there.[1] The gig was confirmed by 'Europe 2' on 21st December 2006.[8] Ticket pre-sale started 10th January 2007,[9] while general sale started 12th January at 10:00.[8]
