Muse headlined Big Day Out 2010 in Australia, including their first Sydney show on 22nd January. Tickets went on sale 7th October at midnight through the official site and 09:00 through other ticket outlets.<ref>

At the start of the encore, Nic Cester from the band ''Jet'' came on stage. He and Muse performed a cover of AC/DC's "Back in Black" with [[Matthew Bellamy]] playing lead guitar, [[Morgan Nicholls]] playing rhythm guitar and [[Christopher Wolstenholme]] playing bass.
