The Monte del Gozo Auditorium is an open-air music venue situated approximately 3 kilometers away from the city of Santiago de Compostela. It was built in 1993 as a welcome site for the pilgrims of the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Way_of_St._James Way of St. James]. It's mostly unused except for a few concerts every year or when there is a ''Holy Compostellan Year'' (whenever July 25 falls on a Sunday; the next will be 2010).
