Madina Lake are an American alternative rock band band. They have stated on their myspace page that Muse were an influence. In Kerrang! magazine one of the band stated that Stockholm Syndrome was a song that changed his life.
In the May 2nd 2009 edition of Kerrang! magazine, leader singer Nathan Leone explained the band's attitude to genre lables, stating that "All the bands we admire the most Smashing Pumpkins, NIN, Muse - just do their own thing and don't worry too much about tags, so we're following suit." [1]
Kerange! reviewer Steeve Beebee described their song "Legends" from their second album Atticts To Eden as having a "sinuous, pulsing bassline ... reminiscent of Muse".[1]
