Sleep Train Arena, previously known as ARCO Arena and Power Balance Pavillion, is a defunct indoor arena located in Sacramento, California. The arena was opened in 1988, designed by architect Rann Haight. The Sleep Train Arena was the smallest arena to host NBA games with seating capacity of just over 17,300. The arena's first major sponsor was Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). When their sponsorship agreement ended in 2011, the arena was renamed to Power Balance Pavilion. The name lasted until 2012 and the naming rights were purchased by The Sleep Train. In 2016, the arena was closed and the upper bowl seats were removed. Despite it's closure, it still hosts occasional conferences and meets. In 2018, Sacramento Zoo explored the possibility to moving the zoo to the arena site, however the Sacramento Kings, who control the site, have plans of replacing the arena with commercial space and 2,000 residential units.

In 2013, the arena set a Guiness World Record for the loudest sports roar, reaching to 126 decibels.

Ever since the arena's opening up until it's closure, it was the home arena to Sacramento Kings of NBA. The Sacramento Attack of AFL also called the arena their home in 1992. Other tennants include Sacramento Knights of CISL, Sacramento River Rats of RHI and Sacramento Monarchs of WNBA. The arena hosted several high school basketball championships between 1992 and 2016. The arena also paid host to NCAA Men's Basketball Tournaments and the 2007 NCAA Volleyball Championships, aswell as various WWE Event such as the 1993 Royal Rumble and The Bash in 2009. It also hosted four UFC evens, the UFC 65, UFC 73, UFC 177 and UFC on Fox: Johnson vs. Benavidez 2. The arena also hosted several high school graduation ceremonies.

Musical acts who performed at the arena include Fleetwood Mac, Foals, Silversun Pickups, Pantera, Def Leppard, Selena Gomez, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Journey, Metallica and more.
