Royal Blood are a British duo, constisting of bassist/vocalist Mike Kerr and drummer Ben Thatcher, formed in 2013. In a year they gained lots of fans and their sound can be compared to bands such as Queens of the Stone Age and also Muse.
In an interview with Gigwise, their singer Mike Kerr said they were inspired by early Muse albums such as Showbiz, and that when he listened to Chris Wolstenholme's bass sound, he started experimenting with his setup and came out with the unique sound that is present in their songs till today.
