Background

This is a guitar built by Hugh Manson in late 2006/early 2007, it is based on Matthew Bellamy's original Silver/Delorean guitar and is also covered in aluminium and features a locking trem. It was most likely built to replace his original guitar which has been retired from touring. This is his first custom guitar built to have no internal effects. It is however possible that a fuzz factory has been installed, this is due to the backplate for the fuzz factory being on the back of the guitar(see picture, top right) or it could be that the guitar was designed to have a fuzz factory but it was never installed.

Touring

The guitar made its live debut in Singapore on 16th January 2007. Nowadays, it is very rare to see it live; in the 2nd Law Tour is used only for Save Me live.
