if the glitterati is dead on 9/26, the first time with this new guitar would have been @ arco arena in sacramento on 9/28..... does anyone know something more?. on youtube you can see a red glitter but idk if it's the mb1 or the new one (i need a close video).--Martino 18:58, 24 October 2010 (BST)

It can't be the MB-1 as the MB-1 had a 2 humbucker style pickups. This one has 1 humbucker and 1 single coil (which is a sustainer, like with one of the humbuckers on the MB-1)--User:The Groove

so... what do you think? is it the new red glitter or the old one ??--Martino 19:31, 24 October 2010 (BST)
and one more question, which guitar was used in the 8 mins riff section on 9/26???--Martino 19:32, 24 October 2010 (BST)
@ arco arena in sacramento on 9/28 was MB-1. See this video at 3:47 and notice the kill switch which only mb1 has. I'll dig into YT tomorow to research the rest of the gigs to the LA. So the tip for those who will digin too: On a guitar pay attention for the kill switch and humbucker on the neck. MB-1 has both and originals (santa, glitterati) are without kill switch and have only singel coil at the neck.
For the 8 min riffage was used MB-1 too. That was at the gig where Glitterati died at the beginning of the show :)
And if we look at the dates of the gigs. Glitterati died on sep. 26. and Muse toured US to Oct. 12 with 3 days rest max. After that first gig was 9 days later in Canada. I believe they went home for that time and Hugh possiblly also needs a few days to built/paint new Santa 2.0 guitar too. So I think Matt took Santa 2.0 (I really don't like that name if I'm honest :D) wen he was returning to Canada. But as I said... we should dig YT anyway :) IIIAliAsIII 21:41, 24 October 2010 (BST)

After research I'm confirming that MB-1 was used all the way after Glitterati died and till LA where Santa 2.0 was used:

Most of the videos are low qualty so kill switch is mainly hardly visible, sometimes even as reflection of the light ray. Be very focused if you'll check it :) --IIIAliAsIII 22:58, 25 October 2010 (BST)
