Announced on the 14th of December,[1] Muse will be performing inside Pacific Coliseum in April 2010. Ticket pre-sale will span from 13:00 on the 14th[1] until 18:00[2] on the 17th through Concertmaps, 10:00 on the 17th through Live Nation and 10:00 on the 18th through 99.3 The Fox, Georgia Straight and Twitter while general sale will start on the 19th.[1]

On the date of the show, this will be the first time Muse have returned to Vancouver in 6 years.[3]

Local radio station 99.3 The Fox held a Muse contest where listeners had to type in the name of the Muse song on the website right after it played on the radio. The prizes included one grand prize to see Muse in Las Vegas and five backstage passes for two and a chance to meet the band.
