Put here in case videos get taken down. --Tene 00:38, 16 April 2009 (BST)
A very young Muse played the Battle of the Bands at the English Riviera Centre in Torquay on Saturday 26th of November 1994.
My friend's band also played also played that night, I am sure this was the only remaining video of the event. Enjoy this rare glimpse of an amazing band before they found their sound.
I have also been informed that this was Muse's 1st real gig but I cannot confirm that.
I've been informed that the songs are as follows: in no particular order: Weakening Walls, Yellow Regret, Small Minded, Pointless Loss and A Turn To Stone
Sorry about the quality but it was quite an old vid
I've split this up into four parts, make sure you check them all out

I only wish that it was sunny Friends are all we've got to call And I just swig my bottle As I've got nowhere left to go I just wanna be Spend some time on my own Oh I wished that it was sunny And I failed as I dropped out An' I judge you by your future Hope that drives and can't turn down I just wanna be Spend some time on my own

Song articles
We have two unknwon songs, should we make articles for them? They may well be the demo songs we know of, but we can't link the titles to the music. But since we know these songs exist, adn we have lyrics and some info on them, we should have articles...what sort of naming convention should we give them? I'm thinking something like Unknown Song 19941126a and Unknown Song 19941126b (or if some music-knowledgeable person knows the key the songs are played in that would be a better than a arbitray a, b, c, d thing), so if in the future we get any other uploads like this we have a systematic way to label the songs, as well as new songs that are played, using the same convention from when they are first played. Or any better ideas? ۞ 20:18, 18 April 2009 (BST)
Maybe we should just call them Unknown Torquay songs 1 & 2 or maybe make a merged article for both unknown song and possibly if more unknown songs will appear we'll have an article for all unknown songsSwedol 15:18, 19 April 2009 (BST)
