This Skrydstrup Custom Power Centre power unit was custom built for Matt by Skrydstrup, a Danish/German guitar rig manufacturer, in April of 2006. It was in his rack since the Black Holes & Revelations tour, last seen in a pic of his rack from the Drones tour, and is likely he still had the unit inside his rack throughout the Simulation Theory tour.
The unit is a power centre, used for presumably being able to use any international voltages to power the rack.
