Information
Announced on the 9th of October,[1] Muse performed inside the BBC Radio Theatre on the 31st of the same month for the BBC's Radio 2 in Concert.[1][3]
Dom wore a skeleton costume in honor of Halloween. For only the second time (the other being Saturday Night Live), Matt did not swear during Panic Station. However, in a scramble to reach his microphone in the beginning of Time Is Running Out, he did say " I think I'm fucking drowning." After getting some lyrics wrong ("you will squeeze the life out of me" in lieu of "you will be the death of me"), during the bridge of the song, Matt said "This has really gone wrong, this one I can't sing it!". He apologized afterwards (and also claimed that wiggling his bum in Dom's direction was one of his favorite pastimes). Matt played the Supermassive Black Hole solo on his head using the Kaoss Pad. He also played the guitar during Undisclosed Desires for the first time ever, even if it was just for a sound effect and not a real use of the guitar. For the first time, Explorers was played without the Montpellier Jam. During Starlight, he held up the microphone to several people during the "Black Holes and Revelations" part of the song and let them sing along. One of the fans reached out and ruffled Matt's hair.
