Vicky Cryer is an American supergroup, based in Los Angeles. Their first album is called The Synthetic Love of Emotional Engineering and it was released in 2011. They were touring until 2012, when Muse started working on The 2nd Law. Vicky Cryer later performed an acoustic set on 11th January in 2015 in North Park, San Diego.

Dom stated in a Tweet that he'd be performing with a band called Vicky Cryer in L.A. on July, 14, 2011.[1]. He has also performed on both their album and their EP. Here you can see the footage of Dominic Howard and Alex Carapetis recording 'I'll Take The Pain
